Day #15 – Book Blogging Mentors

15 day blogger challenge button 1To answer who my book blogging mentors are all you have to do is look at my blogging BFFs from Day #3. That basically sums up all the people that I look at for ideas and support. Michelle taught me everything I know so whether she is blogging or not, she gets a shout out every time. But instead of repeating myself with my mentors, you can just look at the post, I am going to use this post to tell you about the three blogs that I aspire to be like someday. They mentor me in a different way as the mentor me to be better, to one up myself, if I can.

1) Shanyn at Chick Loves Lit – Has one of the most professional and well done blogs out shanynthere. It’s smart and classy and done right. She hosts challenges every year and opens them up to anyone, you don’t even have to be a blogger to participate. She has been a huge support to me and I aspire to pick up some of her tips on my little baby blog.

2) Kristi at The Story Siren –  I first found Kristi on Goodreads and then quickly became a follower of kristiher blog. Like Shanyn her blog is super professional and well done. She has done a variety of eBook deal posts as well as reviews and great giveaways. I particularly like her In My Mailbox meme. Besides having the cutest new baby she is so super nice and a pleasure to chat with on Twitter.

3) Jamie at The Perpetual Page Turner – Jamie’s blog is a newer blog to me. I found it because of the Tuesday link up Top Ten Tuesday and became an instant fan. jamieProfessional as well, Jamie also has a lot of fun with her posts and things are never really uniform(she recently wrote a letter to an author instead of a review). The set up of her blog is one of my favorites and I LOVE that she puts a post it review at the end of a full review.
