I went to a Catholic school for 12 years and had to wear a plaid skirt for all 12 of those years. Because of this I have an aversion to any type of plaid on my bottom half of my body, minus the possibility of shoes. So I was basically limited in my options with this one so I kind of took the easy way out. Hey, you can’t go wrong with a jeweled collar and a plaid button down underneath it for some added interest.
How do you rock the plaid?

Great outfit!! I too went to Catholic school and wouldn’t even wear plaid for the longest time. I do love plaid tho! Happy Friday!!

Believe it or not, I don’t think I own a plaid button down anymore… and all of these plaid outfits are making me want to run out and buy one so I can layer it under a cute sweater! I totally love your whole look… and I also love that you would totally make an exception for plaid shoes! haha! You’re too funny. 🙂 I hope you have a great weekend, friend.

Love it! And you should definitely try plaid shoes; I have a pair and I love them!
Have a great weekend,

Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my blog! Great minds think alike — we’re both putting plaid with puffer vests! I love the vest you’re featuring here…so cute!
