I’m not a goals/resolution type of person. I don’t really like to put restrictions on myself and feel those pressures. It’s hard enough to do the Goodreads challenges and not fail like a failure when I don’t succeed(something I haven’t done since 2011). Instead I like to just see how things go and go from there. With that said I do have some goals, but more in the lines of books I want to read that I have been putting off for too long. So with that I give you the 10 books I will strive to read in 2014 even when there is new awesomeness coming out weekly. If I read one of these a month I will be perfect.
The Raven Boys/The Book Thief/The Diviners/Finnikin of the Rock/Scarlet/Stolen/Hurt/Partials/Reboot/This Is Not a Test

The Diviners and This is Not a Test are both SO GOOD!!! You won’t regret reading either one! I really want to read Hurt too (I love that cover) and I STILL need to read Cinder <—- that would definitely go on my book goals list for 2014!

Tehehe clever with the goals and the net.
YES read The Book Thief! And I super loved The Raven Boys though it totally did not seem like a ME book. I also need to read Scarlet! I’m curious about This is Not A Test so you should get on that and tell me if I should read it 😛
I love the hockey theme… *grin*
I also need to read so many of the books you’ve listed! My TBR mountain is getting out. of. control.
FINNIKIN!!!!
The Book Thief! Stolen!
Oh you are going to have such a good 2014. =)
My TTT is here.
I really like Maggie Stiefvater, but unfortunately her Raven Boys series just didn’t work for me. I am anxious however to read the continuation of The Wolves of Mercy Falls this summer with Cole’s story!
