Top Ten Tuesday – Winter 2014 TBR

Posted November 25, 2014 by Andi in Top 10 Tuesday / 21 Comments

I’m going to be honest. The chances of me actually reading these books is slim, but I like to think I will do it because I really want to read them all. Like every other TBR list post I will probably make it through 3, maybe 4 and then I will complain how bad I am at my TBR lists. You have been warned. Really there is only like 2 guarantees on this; When Joss Met Matt and I Was Here. The first step is acceptance, right? What’s on our TBR for winter? Will you do them all or be like I am, an epic failure?

  1. As readers we must always have dreams…and that’s what these TBR lists are…I know going in I won’t read them all in the season but I will read them…eventually. That said you really need to read The Burning Sky, For Darkness Shows the Stars, and Snow Like Ashes is a total you book. I have some of these on my main TBR but none made my Winter list…but then I have read some of them already and think you should too!

    My TTT is here.

I just read TOP TEN CLUES YOU’RE CLUELESS *and* WHEN JOSS MET MATT, and they are both so incredibly freaking cute. Liz Czukas is officially an instabuy for me!

  3. Hey, you’ve gotta set goals right?! Even if you don’t get to them all, this is an awesome list, so I think you’ll love whatever you end up getting to! 😀

  4. Haha, I know that feeling. I’m looking at my winter tbr list and wondering if I’ll even read two of them. I’ve been thinking of checking out Kiss of Deception because the cover is so gorgeous (yeah , I’m shallow), but I don’t think I can afford to add it on my list. I’m definitely going to keep it in mind for summer!

    Lovely list. :3

  5. You have some great books on your list Andi! I have been meaning to read For Darkness Shows the Stars and Kiss of Deception for sometime now, so I look forward to seeing how you get on with them! And I honestly want to pick up I Was Here like now, I know it’s just going to be a beautiful read. Happy reading! 🙂

  6. Kind of feeling like a failure because I should read Darkness Shows the Stars as well, but there are way too many books to read beforehand! The Burning Sky is really good, but the world building is a bit confusing – there’s so much magic to learn about!

  7. There are a lot of titles in this post that I would like for you to read – The Burning Sky, For Darkness Shows the Stars, Snow Like Ashes in particular. But no pressure, obviously 😉 Still, those three are incredibly awesome stories! I also reeaally liked Top Ten Clues You’re Clueless!

  8. Hey, you’ve already finished some of these! 😀 I really need to read The Burning Sky too… Hey, maybe we can read that together?
    AHHH WJMM. SO PERFECT.

  9. Oh Oh Oh. You definitely need to read The Burning Sky, For Darkness Shows the Stars, and Lovely, Dark and Deep – those are some of my favorites! I can’t wait to read I Was Here myself. 🙂 Happy reading, love!
