Like last year I am taking part in the 2015 Book Blogger Love-A-Thon to show my love for all things books, authors and bloggers. Huge thanks to Alexa at Alexa Loves Books for doing this again. If you are a subscriber to my blog I am warning you that you may get a bunch of posts from me over the next 2 days as I take part in some of the amazing things to show my love for the community that has embraced me. And if you are a blogger, be prepared to maybe get a random surprise from me. Just sayin. πŸ˜‰

Anyway, the first post is an introduction. So here you go:

  1. Love this – what a smart way to do the questions so it was all in one spot. You’re so well organized as always, Andi!!

I love how we’re all like, erm, we’re supposed to have time for other hobbies?

Anna and the French Kiss, Twenty Boy Summer, Second Chance Summer, Open Road Summer, The Last Time We Say Goodbye…I could go on and on Lynette, I’m a contemp fanatic!

  2. SO THAT’S WHAT THE ABC is for (don’t laugh at me I’ve always wondered and I’m kina spacey so I never made the connection)

I miss reading contemps! I’ve been reading so much fantasy lately I think I’m going to go on a huge contemp binge soon.

Anna and you would make excellent BFFs

Ohhhhhh In time would have been an excellent book.

  3. Hey hun! I absolutely love your blog and all the projects and events you’ve started πŸ™‚ I really like your ABC theme and the fashion elements (along with the bookish ones of course). I can’t wait for The Heir and Queen of Shadows too! I also love your obsession with Anna, Lola, and Isla. I still need to read those! I’m so glad we started talking on Twitter <33

  4. Andiiiiii, you know I love you and your blog! So thrilled that you’re joining up again this year <3 Also, you totally successfully pushed Loop on me, and now I'm curious about the sequel. HOW DOES IT END, ANDI? HOW DOES IT END? Ahem. Other than that… Queen of Shadows! And In Time as a novel? Yes, please.

    Thanks for joining the Love-a-Thon!

  5. I see all this snow on the Cape, and think, what are we going to do with this?! But then I know it’s not nearly as much as you folks in Boston have! I haven’t even attempted a day trip to Boston–I think I need to wait until the tundra thaws out a bit. I love the idea of the Pub Date feature. I’m more of a wine drinker, but this is a feature I would definitely check out.

Speaking of accessories and Boston, during my first trip to Boston in 2005 I went to the Isabella Stuart Gardiner Museum (my favorite museum!) and bought these beautiful green earrings–that are almost Victorian in style. I have gotten more compliments on those earrings than any other piece of jewelry! I was just back at that museum last fall and love it as much as ever–but the jewelry selection had changed, and now I don’t know if I could afford a pair of earrings anymore.

Love your emphasis on accessories AND books!

  6. *smh* I don’t even know how you’re surviving up there Andi. I would be ready to pack up and move to the Caribbean if I were you! LOL. You guys got hit so hard this year in Boston!

I am so excited for Queen of Shadows, All Played Out, and The Devil You Know! And yay Lauren Miller! I just got one of my students to read Parallel and she devoured it! I have been meaning to read Loop for so long now! I need to hurry up and do it!
