Welcome to the revamped ABCs. In the past I have used this weekly Wednesday post as a link up but times are a changing. I’m switching things up as you have learned HERE. I’ve also recently created a place for authors to sign-up and do the ABCs for one of their main characters. Check that out HERE.
Today we have April from Between the Pages sharing with us the accessories, books and clothes she is lusting after.
Now let’s give a warm ABCers welcome to April!
I want to thank Andi for encouraging me to participate in her ABC’s. I’ve been reading them for months and thought about signing up but never did. But as you can see I decided to take the plunge and participate. I hope that you enjoy my selections.
DISNEY PARKS EXCLUSIVE : Alice in Wonderland Quotes 12oz Ceramic Cup
Ever since I saw someone on Twitter with this mug, I knew I wanted it. I’ve been going back and forth for a few months on whether to buy the mug for myself or not. The price of it is a bit off putting for a MUG, but I think at some point in the next few months I’m going to end up breaking down and buying this mug. Why do I want this mug you ask? The Mad Hatter Tea Party is my absolute favorite part of Alice in Wonderland, both in the original cartoon and the Tim Burton Movie. I think it has something to do with the fact that I LOVE Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter.
I’ll Meet You There by Heather Demetrios
When I was trying to figure out a book or bookish item, I came right back to this book. I LOVE this book. It has easily become one of my favorite books. I think the reason for this is that I can relate to parts of it, being from a military family. I also loved that these characters were real, they were relatable to me as a reader and I felt as if I was on their journey with them. This is the story of falling in love while each person is dealing with internal and family issues and the need/want to get out of town and live a different life.
Soft drape knit cardigan
As a bigger girl, I tend to love items of clothing that can be layered. My newest obsession is cardigans. I love the versatility of them; they can be dressy for a night out, business casual for work environments or just warm and snuggly for cold days at home. I have found myself more often buying and wearing cardigans instead of buying bulky sweaters in the winter. I like that they work in all seasons as well.
Thanks April for playing!
If you would like to play like April did, sign-ups are open HERE.
