I thought I’d share one of my side character’s picks…Georgie, Finn’s little sister, shows back up in TWIST and is just as sassy as ever. She’s a Shifter (a time traveler who moves through space and time) like the main character Bree:

Accessory-
One Loom Designs Lanyard
It’s all about going hands-free when you’re a Shifter. A lanyard makes perfect sense if you need to keep track of keys or what-nots. I love this one. (Side note: the company that sells these, One Loom Designs, has an awesome mission to employ and empower single mothers in Guatemala. Each item is hand-woven and gorgeous. They also have headbands, t-shirts, and other things.) [link: www.oneloomdesigns.com]

Book-
Under the Painted Sky by Stacey Lee

Under A Painted Sky by Stacey Lee. Georgie is one of Bree’s best friends. I imagine them having a ridiculous number of adventures together. Under A Painted Sky is an unlikely friendship story set in the Wild West on a road trip of sorts (so, umm, trail trip?) and that equals one big YES, PLEASE. Wish I could claim Georgie was reading this for research in case she ever landed in the mid-1800’s, but nope. Just for fun and feels.

Clothes-
ModCloth Soda Fountain Dress
Not gonna lie, a little obsessed with this dress. Time travelers need to always be prepared for wherever they might pop up, and how much fun would it be for that “wherever” to be a 1950’s soda shop in this frock?

Thanks Georgie (and Karen) for playing!

If you would like to play like Georgie (and Karen) did, sign-ups are open HERE. And if you haven’t read Loop and Twist, make sure you get on that. I will be giving away both books next week so check back later.
