Today is my turn to contribute to the fabulous feature, the brain child of Brittany at The Book Addict’s Guide, where myself, Brittany, Estelle at Rather Be Reading and Maggie at Just a Couple More Pages are paring books and beer. Pretty perfect for a bunch of beer and book lovers if you ask me.

Music is a tough one for me as I couldn’t find any beers that really fit the category or the thought I had in my head. But then I had an idea and it kind of became perfect.

The Beer
Jack’s Abby Brewery – Leisure Time
One of the most popular music albums of all time is The Beatles  Abbey Road. And what is leisure time? Free time you use to do what you like like listen to music. 🙂 I had this beer on Halloween and it was really good. Not too heavy for a craft beer so you can drink it all night. It has a mix of orange and lemon flavors with spices but not too citrusy. ABV: 4.80%

The Book
The Trouble with Destiny – Lauren Morrill (Available 12/8/15)
The book was the easy part as this is what I’m currently reading. It’s the story of a high school marching band that are on a cruise competing with other high school performing groups to win a cash prize. I’m about 70% done and it is cute. I’m curious to see if my theories are correct but time will tell.
