I had a really hard time coming up with a couple to plan a fictional date with. I mean really who would I… I can’t even keep that up anymore. You all know who I’m picking. I’m not that unpredictable. And if you don’t know who I’m picking you must be new to my blog. You’ll learn. I sometimes talk about little else.
So back to the post…
My fictional couple that I’m planning a fictional date with is none other than Anna & Etienne from Anna and the French Kiss. I know, hold in the shocked gasps. Threw you for a loop there right?? 😉
Anyway the date. Since I’m doubling with a fictional couple I’m taking Theo James with me on this date and we are headed to Paris to meet Anna and Etienne.
Le Champo – We can’t go to Paris without hitting up one of Anna’s favorite spots, the cinema. Of course we grabbed the Pariscope first to see what was playing in the original version. Theo only speaks a few words of French and my French stops at Bonjour. Anna and Etienne can be the show-offs when it comes to the language.
Pierre Hermé Paris – And what do you need after a movie gets out and it is still early? Macrons of course. After leaving Le Champo the 4 of us head to get some macarons to sit outside and eat. Since they have a love for Girl Scout Cookies Etienne and Anna naturally order mint, Brazilian Dark Chocolate and Milk Chocolate & Coconut. Theo and I have a harder time deciding since we want them all. Finally Theo decides on Salted Butter Caramel and Milk Chocolate & Early Grey Tea. I decide on Pistachio & Raspberry and to be a little daring, Vanilla & Green Olive.
The Seine – With our maracons in hand we stroll up to the Seine (because what is the point of being in Paris in your dream world without seeing the waterway). The four of use find a bench and sit and talk about the movie and enjoy our little pastries of yumminess.
And there you have my made up date with Anna and Etienne.
