I have been on a card making tear recently. I had some friends have birthdays in March and April (a ton in April) so I have been making cards left, right and center. Now that all of those cards I have made have been shared with friends I thought it would be fun to share them with all of you.
First up is my friend Robin’s card. I was insipred for this one by watching scrapbook process videos on YouTube and seeing how they layer papers. Robin loves pink so I knew pink had to be a main part. I used paper from different paper pads and the present is a Dear Lizzy Fine & Dandy chipboard sticker.
Next up was Danielle’s card. Again I got inspired by a YouTube scrapbook video and modified it in a way to fit a card. Danielle likes grey, black and white so the color scheme was easy. The papers I used were from Crate Paper Hello Love and Confetti collections and My Mind’s Eye.
This was was for my newest co-worker. She had a birthday right after she started working here so my boss and her boss asked if I would mind making her a card. This is where I came up with the idea for closing the card with the handmade envelope. I used Pink Paislee paper and I think Crate Paper Confetti for the paper selections.
This card was for another work friend. I had fun mixing patterns and colors and my successful stamp use. Also tried my hand at envelope decorating and shared one of the mew hanger paper clips I purchased. These papers are Pink Paislee and Hello Love I believe. The bow stamp was from Maggie Holmes Bloom collection.
Last but not least was our own Isalys card. She had a birthday last Friday and I found inspiration on Pinterst for this one. I love the colors and patterns a lot. It just makes me smile. I think I used Pink Paislee and Maggie Holmes for these papers and the Party Hat was from Confetti collection.
And there you have it, my cards I have recently made. Since I’m feeling generous, I’m going to offer to make one card to send to someone, a “Just Hello” card. Enter below for your chance. Giveaway goes until April 21st at 11:59pm and is international.
