Top Ten Tuesday – Books with a Real Life Setting (read in 2016)

Posted August 16, 2016 by Andi in Top 10 Tuesday / 1 Comment

This topic was too open for me. I had to find a way to narrow it down or my list could have been huge. First I could pick any kind of setting I want. Since I have read some really good realistic contemporaries lately that was the easy part. But narrowing it down I had to just stick with ones that I have read in 2016. Because of this you won’t see some of my favorite all time books, but you will see some new favorites and some books I think just need to be read because they are that real.

real1The Unexpected Everything – Morgan Matsonreal2The Geek’s Guide to Unrequited Love – Sarvenaz Tashreal3All in Pieces – Suzanne Young (out in November)real4P.S. I Like You – Kasie Westreal5738 Days – Stacey Kadereal6In Real Life – Jessica Lovereal7Violent Ends – Multiple Authorsreal8Me Before You – Jojo Moyesreal9The Distance from A to Z – Natalie Blittreal10Defending Taylor – Miranda Kenneally

What are some of your favorite books that take place in the real world?
