On August 10, 2011 (according to Goodreads) I discovered a book that seemed interesting to me so I added it to my ‘to-read” shelf. The book wasn’t releasing until April of 2013, but as all of us booknerds roll, you must add it so you don’t forget it is coming. Having had nothing to read (lies I tell myself) I was looking at Riveted by Simon Teen‘s site, which was called Pulse It back then, and saw that The Program was the free weekly read. So on May 21, 2013 I started it and by May 24th I was on the last page and I was in love!
To this day, The Program is still one of my favorite reviews I have ever written and it was written almost 5 years ago. I have been meaning to reread it but with a new book in the series coming out every year since The Program was released I haven’t had a chance. But that stops now.
With the final book in the series, The Complication, being released on April 24 (I’ve read it and it is just as amazing as the rest of the series) I wanted to give this series the send off it deserves. Starting tomorrow Andi’s ABCs will be hosting the readalong for The Program series. Each book will be given about a weeks time for the reader to complete. If you have started the series now and fell behind, now is a great chance to catch up. If you have never heard of the series this is the perfect opportunity to jump it. If you have been meaning to read the series, join me and start now.
On Monday of each week,
