Stay Home & Read

Posted August 31, 2020 by Andi in Books, General / 3 Comments

Since leaving work on March 13th I have not stepped foot in office. I have been working from home and will be for the foreseeable future (I have no return date as of yet, more of a come in if you absolutely need to order). Originally I thought I would miss my usual commute and my daily reading time, but I started a system the first week that has worked for me and I have gotten more reading done than I ever would have imagined. Since I am going back to the office for one day in early September I thought it would be the perfect time to share all the books I have read over the last very weird 6 months.

I know my reading time is far from over this year and we are in for a  weird fall and winter, at least in Massachusetts, but this post was getting entirely too long.

See anything you are excited to read or have read and loved?

    • It is nothing crazy. Since I am working from home and don’t have to commute I set my alarm for an hour earlier than I need and only read for that hour. I don’t let my self get distracted by my iPad or the TV. And I do the same an hour before bed. I’m almost on a schedule for it and it works.
