Review: The Wedding Crasher – Mia Sosa

Review: The Wedding Crasher &#..

I was introduced to Mia Sosa in 2019 when a friend was talking about The Worst Best Man. My friend was talking about how amazing the book was, so I read it as soon as I could and realized how right she was. Sosa writes charming and entertaining books that you can’t help to want more. So reading The Wedding Crasher was a no brainer and I’m happy to report It had the exact same level of charm and romcom vibe as The Worst Best Man. The Wedding Crasher starts with Solange agrees to help her cousin with wedding planning […]

Here are a few brief thoughts on some Netgalley reads: Dating Dr. Dil was a really fun book. Prem and Rina had vastly different views on relationships and love. Rina believed in love and finding her soulmate while Prem thought love marriage was an illusion that didn’t exist. They were a feisty pair of characters that fought their attraction while standing by their beliefs and I loved that. But I also loves how Rina stood up for herself and what she wanted. And I loved how Prem cared about his community and their health. They were really well rounded characters […]

Review: The Suite Spot – Trish Doller

Review: The Suite Spot –..

I have been a fan of Trish Doller and her books since I was introduced to her debut YA in 2012. Since then she has grown so much as a writer and has since taken on the romance world. Her book, Float Plan, was not only loved by me, but by everyone I know that has read it. She touched a lot of hearts with Keane and Anna’s story, and she once again has done it with Mason and Rachel in The Suite Spot. The Suite Spot is about Rachel, Anna’s sister, and how stuck she is in her life. […]

Here are a few brief thoughts on some Netgalley reads: I was really looking forward to Mr. Wrong Number. The description seemed so fun and something I would 100% into. It was a brother’s best friend story which is one of my favorite kind of romance tropes. And honestly I was really into about 82% of this story, but that is where the love ended. Don’t get my wrong, the stuff I loved was worth reading, but as a whole it just missed the mark for me. The last 17% just didn’t fit what I had loved in the beginning […]

Review: Stone- Sawyer Bennett

Review: Stone- Sawyer Bennett

Hockey romance books are something I will also love and gravitate too. There is something so comforting about these reads that I automatically want to read them. Especially if from an author I have read in the past like Sawyer Bennett. Basically it was a no-brainer to read Stone, the 2nd book in Bennett’s newest hockey series, Pittsburgh Titans. Stone is the brother of one of the players that died in the horrific plan crash that decimated the Titans’ hockey team (you can read more about that in Baden‘s book). Stone and his brother weren’t close when Brooks died thanks […]
