Second Chance Sunday – Small Town Sinners by Melissa Walker

Second Chance Sunday – S..

I read this book in 2011 based on the love I had for another Walker book I had picked up. When I saw she had something new coming out I scooped it right up and it completely fascinated me. Right along with Pure by Ter Small Town Sinners gave me a look into something I know nothing about. I felt like I learned something and was entertained while doing. So without further ado today’s edition of Second Chance Sunday, Small Town Sinners.   Title: Small Town Sinners [Amazon] Author: Melissa Walker [website] Publisher: BloomsburyGenre: Contemporary Source/Type: Purchased/Hardcover Stars: 5 out […]

Review: Every Day – David Levithan

Review: Every Day – Davi..

Very interesting was my first thought when I finished this book. Honestly I couldn’t really think of anything else but interesting. I’m not sure why. It was a great book and written beautifully, but that was all I had. Maybe because I knew from the start it had nowhere to go, that there could never been a resolution because of the circumstances. Since then I have been privy to ARCs of her stories, the pleasure of writing the description for them, and I was […]

Review: Unravel Me – Tahereh Mafi

Review: Unravel Me – Tah..

Not gonna lie, I was scared to read this after I skimmed some reviews and saw I was in for a roller coaster of emotions. And after all the twist and turns in Shatter Me I knew Mafi wasn’t going to let us off easy. Not to mention the rumblings about a certain chapter 62. But even with all that said, I was dying to read this one. So I put on my big girl panties and dived in. And man was I ever shattered, destroyed and unraveled. Mafi killed me with this book and I loved every painful minute. […]

Second Chance Sunday – A..

I don’t know if you guys have heard, but I freaking love love love today’s Second Chance Sunday. I don’t know if I have ever mentioned my love of St. Clair or of Anna or of every single thing about Anna and the French Kiss. Yeah, I’m certain I have never mentioned my love of it or the fact that I have read it four times. 😀 In all seriousness I know I have told every single one of you that you need to read this book whether you have read it or not and I’m here again to tell […]
