Review: 10 Blind Dates-Ashley Elston

Review: 10 Blind Dates-Ashley ..

I’m usually not one to read holiday books around the holidays. I feel like my life is so inundated with holiday cheer that a book set in that time is just too much. But this past December I decided to read 10 Blind Dates, which takes place around Christmas and New Year’s, after hearing people rave about it. And I have to tell you, it was so ridiculously cute and sweet and charming, I didn’t want it to end. It was the perfect blend of holiday and romance and comedy and when it was over I wanted more books. 10 […]

Brothers liking the same girl can easily be a hit or miss with me. The author really has to nail it for me to buy into it because if they don’t it can come off a gross and creepy.  Mia Sosa is one of the ones that has nailed it. Lina and Max had such an unexpected chemistry that felt natural and had nothing to do with his brother, Lina’s ex-fiancé. The story definitely wasn’t perfect and it had one small head scratching moment for me, but I devoured this book and loved it. It was engaging and charming and […]

Blog Tour: Tweet Cute by Emma Lord

Blog Tour: Tweet Cute by Emma ..

I love a good contemporary romance book. Because of this love I read a lot of them so it is hard for a book to impress me sometimes. The book will be off to a great start and then something will happen and it will take away that complete and utter love I had been feeling. The end might feel rushed, the “required” break up might happen too late and the payoff isn’t great. But when everything clicks I walk away feeling so happy and satisfied I can’t help but think about the book for a long time. Tweet Cute […]

Review: The Map from Here to There – Emery Lord

Review: The Map from Here to T..

I admit I was nervous when I learned there was going to be a sequel to The Start of Me and You. I was so happy with how things ended with Paige and Max I was terrified where it would go. But I am also an Emery Lord fangirl so there was no way I wouldn’t read it. That being said it is safe to say that The Map from Here to There demolished my feelings and added a whole new level to Paige and Max’s relationship that just deepened my love for them. The Map from Here to There […]

Review: A Heart So Fierce and Broken – Brigid Kemmerer

Review: A Heart So Fierce and ..

When I reviewed A Curse So Dark and Lonely I struggled to find the words to tell you how much you needed that book in your life. All I wanted to do was shout from the rooftops how it was a book you needed to read ASAP. Honestly though, writing that review was NOTHING compared to finding the words for A Heart So Fierce and Broken. Seriously, this book was pure perfection. I can’t even explain it, but it was somehow even better than Curse. A Heart So Fierce and Broken starts off essentially when A Curse So Dark and […]
