Book Love: Perfect Holiday Book

Book Love: Perfect Holiday Boo..

It’s that time of year. The first day of winter is upon us (today actually) and that usually means ones thing, especially here in Massachusetts, reading inside with tea/coffee.hot chocolate while the snow falls outside. Although I’m hoping this year is nothing like last year…I’m looking at you 100+ inches of snow within like a month…I do like my reading time.  And if you are like me you love a good winter romance to snuggle up with and that is exactly what I’m telling you about today. I read this book last year and it just made me smile. It […]

Top Ten Tuesday – Authors I Want to Meet

Top Ten Tuesday – Author..

I freely admit that I have been pretty lucky when it comes to meeting some of my favorite authors. Rainbow Rowell, Lauren Oliver, Morgan Matson, Miranda Kenneally; I was lucky enough to meet these lovely ladies and get my books signed by them. But there is still that elusive list that I would love to meet some day. I mean I have interacted with almost all of the 10 and have signed books from a few, but the meeting had yet to happen. So who are your favorite authors?                            Stephanie Perkins ☼ Sarah Ockler ☼ Trish Doller ☼ Lauren Oliver ☼ Miranda Kenneally ☼ Morgan Matson ☼ Emery Lord ☼ Lauren Miller ☼ Sarah J. Maas […]

Book Collecting

Book Collecting

When I started reading I never planned to be a collector. I had always loved the books I have kept, but I didn’t have multiply copies of the same book. One was enough and it starts that way for a while. And then Anna and the French Kiss happened. It started out simple enough. I had the original Anna and the French Kiss hardcover and the original Lola and the Boy Next Door hardcover. Then I did a book exchange and got an original paperback of ANNA with the rugged edges (awesome by the way!). Perfect. I just needed Isla […]

Top Ten Tuesday – What I Love About Romance in One Book

Top Ten Tuesday – What I..

Romance is my favorite part of a good book. There is something so magical about watching a realtioship blossom and grow as a reader turns the page. I have been lucky to read some great romances over my time as a reader. I mean I could give you a huge list of books that have amazing love stories. But I was able to give you one book that has my 4 favorite parts of a romance. And that book is…Anna and the French Kiss (I know, hold back your surprise). Anna has my favorite four parts to any good book […]
