Top Ten Tuesday – Gateway Book(s)

Posted April 1, 2014 by Andi in Top 10 Tuesday / 0 Comments

I went back and forth on today’s Top Ten Tuesday. I actually went so far as making a list of 10 books that inspired me to be reading again in a variety of ways. I had my first dystopian, my first Dessen, the first book I read in one day, the first book that made me stay up into the wee hours in the morning to finish. But the more I thought about it the more I felt like a list of 10 just wouldn’t work for this post. All I really needed was one book and one book alone. It is because of this one book that I got back into reading and found a genre that is right for me. So basically I figured why say 10 things when I can just say one.

I think if I had to pick just one book, it would be Twilight. I’ve always been a reader, but it was Twilight that reintroduced me to my love of reading and YA šŸ™‚
