Today on The ABCS I have my friend Danielle helping me out. I have known Danielle for a very very long time, over 30 years, so I asked if she would like to make her debut on The ABCs and she graciously accepted. She isn’t a blogger but she is a reader and a shopper so it’s a pretty perfect fit for The ABCs.

Accessories: Gigi New York Madison Crossbody
I bought this bag because it was on sale and reminiscent of the Gucci Disco bag I’ve been lusting over for the past couple of years. It surprisingly fits a lot and I’ve used it almost non-stop since getting it.
Books: The Woman Who Stole My Life, Marian Keyes
I am currently reading this Marian Keyes book. She is one of my favorite authors, as I am a sucker for chick lit (especially if it’s British/Irish). I loved all of her earlier books that centered around the Walsh family (“Rachel’s Holiday” was my favorite), and her newer stuff is just as good.
Clothes: INC Cropped Pants
I have been searching high and low for the past 5 years for the perfect pair of ankle pants. Being short and plus-sized, sometimes it seems like an impossible task. I recently saw these in Macy’s and instantly fell in love. They hit at the perfect spot on my 5’3” frame, fit very well, are very comfortable, I can wear them to work, and they were on sale.

I love that purse! The tassel is so cute. I am also short and its always a struggle! I used to hem my jeans all the time haha but finally found short length ones that work for me!
AH, the purse is amazing! I still have yet to find a pair of pants like that that work for me!
