Review: Bright Before Sunrise – Tiffany Schmidt

Review: Bright Before Sunrise ..

Well if I didn’t love Tiffany Schmidt before I do now after reading Bright Before Sunrise. Seriously, is there a way to give more than 5 out of 5 stars??? Because really, this book deserves it if there is. It was clever and fun and honest. It truly was a pleasure to read every word and I hated that it ended so soon because it was fantastic! Bright Before Sunrise is the story of Brighton and Jonah(love the names by the way!), two teenagers that have nothing in common except they go to the same school. Brighton is peppy and […]

Review/Interview: 16 Things I Thought Were True – Janet Gurtler

Review/Interview: 16 Things I ..

I was lucky enough to get to review this book and interview Janet Gurtler for the blog tour for 16 Things I Thought Were True. After the review please check out my question and answer section with Janet. I want to thank her for the time she took to answer my questions and to share a little bit more about her process and thoughts with all of you ABCers. I really hope you pick this book up and enjoy it. Or really anything by Janet for that matter(PSSST, I’m Not Her is still my favorite book of hers. ;-)) Okay, […]

Review: Being Sloane Jacobs – Lauren Morrill

Review: Being Sloane Jacobs &#..

I really enjoyed Morrill’s first book Meant to Be so I was thrilled when I was approved on Netgalley for an early copy of Being Sloane Jacobs. I had fallen in love with the description because really who doesn’t love ice skating and hockey? And girls doing both? AWESOMENESS! Well I am pleased to report that Morrill lived up to the expectations from her first book and nailed Being Sloane Jacobs much in the way that I expected. Being Sloane Jacobs is about 2 girls from 2 different backgrounds, with the same first and last name. First you have Sloane […]

Review: Crash Into You – Katie McGarry

Review: Crash Into You –..

Honestly, I’m not even sure where to start with this one. By far this was my least favorite of the “series”, but I didn’t hate it. Actually, I really enjoyed a good chunk of it (hence the 3 stars), but there was one part that I couldn’t get past and that was Rachel’s family. They were by far the most despicable family I have encountered in YA and I have come across some doozies. Seriously thank goodness for Rachel and Isaiah as they were the one part of the story that I really really loved. Crash Into You is the […]

Review: Racing Savannah – Miranda Kenneally and a Pre-Order Free Gift(details below)

Review: Racing Savannah –..

There is nothing I love more than a good Miranda Kenneally story. Since her first book, Catching Jordan, I have fallen in love with her storytelling ability and her interesting and unique characters. She has held me capitated with every single one of her books, and Racing Savannah was no different. I loved Jack and Savannah’s, love from the wrong side of the tracks, story. It was fun and had a seriousness to it in the way only Kenneally can seem to do. Racing Savannah is the story of Savannah, a 17-year-old girl that has been around horses all her […]
