I went through a span recently where I had trouble finding a good book. Everything just felt blah or just okay. I wanted to be wowed but I was scared to read something I was super excited to read. What a story! I mean seriously, WHAT A STORY! It’s no surprise really that I loved this. It is Trish Doller after all. But I was scared because it was a slight departure from her other two books I read and loved. (Just look at the cover, that is creeptastic!) I freely admit that I have been pretty lucky when it comes to meeting some of my favorite authors. Rainbow Rowell, Lauren Oliver, Morgan Matson, Miranda Kenneally; I was lucky enough to meet these lovely ladies and get my books signed by them.
