For my ABC look, I wanted to choose something that conveyed my bookish-ness (is that word?). I chose the gold open book necklace because it has a classic look, and the little letter personalization gives it a special touch. I love Anthropologie (but it’s way too expensive) so I took this opportunity to chose a plain but nice colourshift dress (it has pockets!). I think the colour-block element goes with the book I chose, Gena/Finn, because of the title and the dual perspective of the novel (two completely different people, two different colours on the dress). The book doesn’t match the dress, per se, but I would probably have it in my purse while wearing the dress. Thanks for letting me participate in this fun feature!

Anthropologie is such a tease. I love their clothes and bedding, but have only ever been able to talk myself into buying a vase and little accessories 🙁
