At the beginning of April, I told you all about a new opportunity I had received to become a Jack Rogers Influencer. I explained a little about what it meant and showed off some of my favorite pairs of Jacks.

Jack Rogers Influencer

When I started this blog it was originally supposed to be about more than just books. The ABCs in Andi’s ABCs were supposed to stand for something. They were supposed to stand for Accessories, Books, Clothes, and they did for a while but my blog evolved over the past 6 years and I have kind of strayed away from the A and C parts and just focused on the books. The one place I tried to mix it up was on my Instagram. My account has always been a hodgepodge of outfit of the day posts, books I get in the mail or am reading, blog tour photos, and vacations I have been taking. Making the decision to keep my Instagram more than just a book related spot has actually paid off. You may have already seen it on my Instagram, but I can say for sure I am officially a Jack Rogers Influencer.

A few weeks ago I was getting ready to go to a book signing and I got an Instagram DM telling me I had been handpicked to become a Jack Rogers influencer. I was shocked, to say the least, because something that cool had never happened to me (well minus the one time Jack Rogers used one of my photos on their Instagram account). I immediately emailed them telling them I was interested in hearing more and then nothing. 2 weeks passed and they never said anything. I figured it was a long shot anyway so I was disappointed but understood. And then the night before I was to leave for DC I got an email with all the details. I was in and I was thrilled. I was given campaign guidelines and information to use when making posts and I was given an affiliate link (basically I get a percentage of the commission on any purchase made using my link) which really made me excited because I have been buying Jack Rogers shoes for years and talking them up to people.

This was my collection in 2016 (all purchased with my own money)!

Truthfully nothing like this has happened to me and I’m thrilled to be given this opportunity. The message for this campaign is: ‘With an unmistakable ease, effortless style, and optimistic view on life, Jack Rogers is at home where ever it goes in the world…’ and I honestly couldn’t agree more with that!

I thought the best way to show you how much I #lovemyjacks I would share how I have styled my pairs over the years. Mostly I have been wearing the sandal styles like the Lauren, West Hampton, Jacks Flat, Georgica, and the Georgica Jellies, but recently I purchased the Layla booties and I’m obsessed! I literally walked about 20 miles in them and they didn’t hurt at all.

Jamberry Crush

I have been in love with nail wraps for a long time. I used to buy the Sally Hansen ones all the time and I loved them. Recently as I have been watching crafting videos I notice the gorgeous nails on the ladies crafting. Come to find out a lot of them use Jamberry nail wraps and I have become a little obsessed with them. I want so many patterns that I can mix and match with solids and other patterns. I’m so obsessed half the time I think about hosting an online. But one step at a time.

For today’s purpose I’m showing you the 6 I’m currently lusting over.

Handbags

Handbags are a passion of mine. I feel they have the potential to completely switch up a look and to add some interest to it. I’m okay admitting that I am a handbag junkie. I’ve gotten better since I purchased my Michael Kors Hamilton Tote but I still like to look and if something jumps out at me I have no problem making the purchase. Below are a few bags in different price ranges. You will notice in the Splurge group they are all neutral/basic colors. That’s because I consider bags like that to be investment pieces and you should ALWAYS stay away from a trendy color or pattern when making that decision. I swear by it and it has done very well for me in the past.

iPad Covers

I have had my iPad for a year and a half now and I love it to death. Since then I have completely sold my soul to Apple and I’m okay with that. However unlike iPhone cases I’m not as obsessed with iPad cases which surprises me some since there are so many cute choices out there. Alas I have had only two different cases, one of which is now my mom’s and the one that I currently on my iPad.

Which one would you pick if money wasn’t a problem? I gotta tell you, I would have to go for the Balenciaga. I mean, who wouldn’t want that?!
