The girls make their final stand in this third and final novel in the thrilling, subversive near-future series from New York Times bestselling author Suzanne Young about a girls-only private school that is far more than it appears to be.

Never underestimate a girl with a rebel soul…

The girls of Innovations Academy escaped the confines of their unethical school, fought against the system protecting predators who targeted girls for harassment, and they’re not done yet. They’re still not free.

Reeling from one revelation after the next, Mena and her friends begin to unwind the truth of their existence and, as a result, their destiny. The men from Innovations Corporation still hunt them, the woman who created them still wants control over them, and worst of all, Mena realizes that through all her pain, all her tears, the world of men has not changed. There is no more time to hope for the best. The girls know they are in a battle for their lives, a war for their very existence.

The girls of Innovations Academy have sharpened their sticks to fight back, they have fought for justice with blood from their razor hearts. And now, the girls will choose their true nature...and how they define their rebel souls.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

Do you ever just find a series that just leaves in you awe? That is so perfectly fantastic and unique and done so well you find it hard to put into words how much you loved it? The Girls with Sharp Sticks trilogy is that series for me and the final chapter, Girls with Rebels Souls ends the series on such an amazing note I am even more in love than I was before. Simply put, Rebel Souls was the perfect end to the perfect series.

Girls with Rebel Souls is the final part of the story for Mena and the other girls of Innovations Academy. Since waking up the girls have been on the run and trying to put and end to the Innovation Corporation and the men that run it. But the closer they get the more unexpected things become and soon they don’t know who to trust and who is on their side. The only thing Mena and the girls know is that they can rely on each other and that is all they will count on to change their world forever.

It is hard to tell you what I loved about Girls with Rebel Souls without spoiling it so I am going to be as generic as possible. The main thing you should know that I loved is that it is such a strong story of female power through friendship. Mena and the girls have a bond and a trust that is enviable. They know they can rely on each other 100% and they do and by doing so they are able to do things they never would have been able to without the support of one another. And even when they don’t agree they still listen and allow one another to make their own choices. Mena is a strong main character and I love her (and her beau Jackson) dearly, but Mena is stronger because of her friendship and belief in these women she has surrounded herself with and that I what I loved about this book and this series.

In the end just know you need to read this series. Girls with Rebel Souls ties up all of the troubles Mena and the girls faced in the other two books and gives readers the closure they needed. It was a book that is action packed and filled with heart and a series I highly recommend you reading!
